• 2004: I was invited to teach Managerial Economics at the Helsinki School of Economics in the Spring of 2004.I have agreed to teach Econ. 555 in our Bahrain program in Winter 2005.
• 2004: I agreed to teach a Distance Learning course in the Winter quarter of 2005, and devoted considerable time and effort to preparing for this in the Fall of 2004.
